We are a non-profit organization whose purpose is to enhance the standard of living in our neighborhood. We meet annually to discuss projects both past and future.
The Homeowners Association maintains all the common areas of the development. The Grand Estates Homeowners Association was formed to assist the community residents in establishing a forum in which to allow each household to have their respective voice in all community affairs, further providing a means of dispute resolution in all community matters.
